Product Introduction
SCJ-LL01 is a contact flow measurement device suitable for open channels, full pipes, non full pipes, and natural rivers. The device has the advantages of easy installation and operation, high precision, low power consumption, and maintenance free.
working principle
The working principle of Doppler ultrasonic flowmeter. The transmitting transducer t emits ultrasonic waves of a certain frequency to the bubbles and solid particles in the flowing liquid, generating scattered waves. The scattered waves are received by the receiving transducer r, and their frequency changes are proportional to the movement speed of the particles (or bubbles) (due to the directional nature of the transducer, the received scattered signals are basically emitted from near the center of the pipeline). The relationship between Doppler frequency shift d and flow velocity is shown in the following equation: Doppler ultrasonic flowmeter, which consists of an ultrasonic flow transducer and a controller. The dual frequency Doppler flowmeter is a newly emerged product, whose controller causes the transducer to intermittently generate two continuous wave acoustic signals of different frequencies for a short period of time.
