3. Construction content
1) Water and rain monitoring station:
Collect water level and rainfall data through water level and rainfall sensors; Through the RTU telemetry terminal, one station is multi-generated, and the real-time rainwater data is sent to the front-end processor of the municipal water situation sub-center. After the information receiving software deployed on the front-end machine completes the reception and compilation of the rain data of the water level and rainfall gauge station, the real-time rainwater data is stored in the county-level platform database and the municipal hydrological database; The Municipal Water Situation Sub-center will then report the real-time rainwater data of the automatic monitoring station of the county (city, district) under its jurisdiction to the Provincial Water Situation Center through the water situation reporting system.

2) Dam safety monitoring
The dam safety monitoring system includes dam seepage flow, seepage pressure, and surface deformation monitoring. Establish a reservoir dam safety early warning system, evaluate the safety status of reservoir dams in real time, and draw process line diagrams, section infiltration line diagrams, annual data reports, and monthly reports according to the data to meet the needs of project management.
