In this study, the relative error or random uncertainty of the flow measured by the portable Doppler ultrasonic flowmeter method was observed in the case of various mixed water bodies and complex river beds in natural river channels. Through more than 30 comparative measurements and analyses of 5 sections of 4 rivers, it is shown that the SCJ-BX01 portable Doppler ultrasonic flowmeter of Wuhan water surveyor has met the requirements of the ultrasonic flowmeter test specification in the error aspect.
